Repair and support rates shown on the site (onsite, phone, workbench) are estimates. Parts are extra. Typical bench turnaround is 2–5 days and is not a guarantee.
You are responsible for backing up your data before service. Repairs and malware removal can erase data. Unless you buy a backup or transfer service, we do not guarantee data is preserved.
Do not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. The site may show Google ads as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability for claims arising from the website is limited to the amount you paid for the related service or item, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
